|Education and Affinity Group Division||General Group Travel Division|
Our two specialised group travel divisions, Global Study connections and Group Travel Synergy, deliver a comprehensive suite of services to the Education, Special interest and Incentive Travel sectors, with programs customised to the individual requirements of our clients. We understand what makes a successful tour program and work hard to deliver the required outcomes.
Education, Affinity & Business
Over our years of operations we have established strategic partnerships with teams of thoroughly professional service providers around the globe. This close collaboration has resulted in the implementation of well-defined procedures, attention to detail and an uncompromising dedication ensuring that all elements of the program are delivered as promised.
Our experienced team will first consult with you to establish the deliverables for every aspect of the program including the development of a client profile – we call this the ‘discover process’. During this process, a brief is prepared with due consideration to our needs and expectations, and importantly, your budget. The planning process considers logistics, traveller health and safety, and selection of available transport options including air travel, rail, coach and shipping. Checks and balances form part of our risk mitigation strategies and include quality control standards.
When planning tour programs for educational and business travel it is vital that a balanced approach between work and rest is adopted – a concept we thoroughly endorse.

For over 15 years I have had the invaluable guidance of the Holidays on Location team who have created our annual (now twice yearly) international accounting study programs to Europe, Asia & North America. The success of the programs over the years is a tribute to Holidays on Location.
Their “can-do” credo has meant that I can concentrate on choosing the host organisations and not worry about all the rest of the arrangements, knowing that I will always get an optimum outcome in terms of the best airlines, accommodation, ancillary services and price. I look forward to a continued relationship with Holidays on Location.

“As director of finance international study programs at both Monash University and Deakin University over the past ten years, I have been most fortunate to be supported by the Holidays on Location team. My study programs involve taking a group of 30+ undergraduate students to 5 countries over a three week period each year.
Holidays on Location are meticulous in coordinating our flights, transfers, industry visits and sight-seeing tours. Their hotels are also a standard above the rest. They certainly deserve my five-star rating.
